Laser Fun Day

This year, Laser Fun Day is part of the celebration of the International Year of Light, as declared by the United Nations. Visitors to the event this year will learn how light and light based technologies have impacted agriculture, education, energy, health and communications. The overwhelmingly popular Laser Maze has been redesigned to make it even more enjoyable. Exhibits include a 6-foot-long kaleidoscope, laser radios, solar telescopes and an infrared camera, all of which illustrate different applications and properties of light. Learn More

Lunchtime Learning Series-Civil Rights "Eyes on the Prize"

As a part of its Lunchtime Lecture Series, the James E. Rogers College of Law will present the "Eyes on the Prize" movie series. Eyes on the Prize is a PBS, award-winning documentary series about the civil rights movement in the 1950s and '60s. The movie will take place on six consecutive Mondays, starting Feb. 2 and ending March 9. The movies will run from noon to 1:15 p.m. at the James E. Rogers College of Law, Room 156.
